Project information you share during our discussions.
Basic website analytics (aggregated, non-identifying) to understand how visitors use the site.

To respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, deliver the project.
To issue invoices and keep accounting records (required by UK law).
To occasionally follow up if we've had a conversation and agreed to stay in touch.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the business (email provider, calendar booking, accounting software, hosting). Each of these is GDPR-compliant. We only share the minimum information necessary.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept for up to 3 years unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Project records are kept for 6 years for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights
